Last Tuesday, Mr. Paul Horstead, House Coordinator of the School, organized an Inter House General Knowledge Competition.
Education and competition are two universal ingredients of all human cultures and General Knowledge Competitions provide an impetus to sharpen the minds of students so that they can develop a personality of their own and can become more creative, more aware and more confident.
The competition was held under the guidance of Mr. Paul Hortead and Mr. Joe Pedreira. The participants had to go through five different levels. Each round enclosed with a different topic like geography, history, sports to name a few. It was a Brain Storming session which continued for an hour and a half!
After a really tight competition, The House of Cambridge emerged as the winner of the competition. The second position was taken over by Oxford, followed by York and Durham.
Congratulations to all the participants!
